When enrollment opens, eligible adults 21+ can review the complete terms, verify age and identity, and enroll through an approved checkout.

Eligibility
Tobacco products are intended for adults age 21 or older. Tobacco purchases require independent age and identity verification through an approved checkout provider. Transactions may be refused or canceled if legal requirements are not met.
Monthly Subscription
The planned Cigar Guy Cigar Club costs $99 per month plus applicable taxes and shipping. Each monthly shipment includes 10 signature cigars. Pennsylvania is the only planned shipping destination at launch.
Billing and Renewal
When enrollment opens, checkout will disclose the initial charge, renewal schedule, applicable fees, shipping terms and cancellation instructions before payment authorization. Joining the waitlist does not create a recurring charge.
Cancellation
Customers will be able to cancel future recurring orders using the cancellation method disclosed at enrollment. Orders already processed may be subject to the refund policy.
Availability
The first release is planned for 2027. Dates and availability may change. Waitlist registration is free and does not guarantee a founding membership or reserve inventory.
Compliance
Orders may be accepted only where legally permitted, with required licensing, tax collection, age verification and approved fulfillment arrangements in place.

Shipping Policy

Tobacco shipping is planned for eligible Pennsylvania addresses only at launch, subject to applicable law and carrier approval.
Shipping charges and applicable taxes are additional to the $99 monthly subscription and will be disclosed before checkout authorization.
Orders cannot be shipped until required age verification, payment authorization and compliance checks are completed.
Processing times, delivery estimates and applicable delivery verification requirements will be disclosed before tobacco sales begin.
Shipping is not currently active.
Refund and Cancellation Policy

The cigar subscription is not yet available for paid enrollment. Joining the waitlist does not create a payment obligation.
Before checkout opens, Bradley Miller LLC will publish finalized refund, replacement, damage, lost-shipment, cancellation and billing-dispute procedures consistent with applicable law and merchant requirements.
